  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly.
  3. Add ice water and form a dough.
  4. Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish.
  5. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, and eggs.
  6. Stir in heavy cream until smooth.
  7. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake for an additional 45 minutes, or until set.
  10. Let cool before serving.
