- 4 cups pumpkin puree

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly.
- Add ice water gradually and form a dough.
- Roll out the dough and fit it into a pie dish.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, and salt.
- Add eggs and heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin for a richer flavor.
- Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before rolling.
- Feel free to add whipped cream on top before serving.
