- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the filling into the crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40 minutes.
- Let the pie cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin for a richer flavor.
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
