Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in cold water until the dough forms.
  5. Roll out dough and cut into circles.
  6. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and beaten egg.
  7. Place filling on half of the dough circles.
  8. Fold over and seal edges with a fork.
  9. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
