Description
A delicious side dish featuring mushrooms, perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 pound of mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of thyme, dried
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Stir in the dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until mushrooms are tender.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
- Can substitute fresh thyme for dried thyme.
- Add a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor.
- Pair well with roasted meats.
