Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the meats with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the beef roast in a roasting pan and cook for 1.5 hours.
  4. Add the pork shoulder and chicken thighs to the pan after 30 minutes.
  5. Cook until all meats reach desired internal temperatures: beef at 135°F, pork at 145°F, chicken at 165°F.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
