A delicious alternative to traditional turkey for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
- Beef roast – 5 lbs
- Pork shoulder – 4 lbs
- Chicken thighs – 3 lbs
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Garlic – 5 cloves, minced
- Rosemary – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Thyme – 2 tbsp, chopped
- Salt – 2 tsp
- Pepper – 1 tsp
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the meats with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the beef roast in a roasting pan and cook for 1.5 hours.
- Add the pork shoulder and chicken thighs to the pan after 30 minutes.
- Cook until all meats reach desired internal temperatures: beef at 135°F, pork at 145°F, chicken at 165°F.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.

- Adjust cooking times based on meat size.
- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
