Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Ham – 1 whole (8-10 lbs)
- Beef Roast – 3-4 lbs
- Pork Loin – 3-4 lbs
- Chicken – 1 whole (4-5 lbs)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it inside and out.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Cook the turkey for approximately 15 minutes per pound.
- For ham, score the surface and glaze it before baking.
- For beef roast, season and sear in a pan before roasting.
- Cook pork loin until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Roast chicken until fully cooked, about 20 minutes per pound.
- Let all meats rest before carving.
