Ingredients

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.
