Description
A simple and delicious Thanksgiving meal designed for two people.
Ingredients

- 1 small turkey breast (about 2–3 pounds)
- 2 cups of stuffing
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1 cup of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup of gravy
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions.
- Steam the green beans until tender.
- Boil potatoes, mash them, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and gravy.

- Adjust cooking time based on turkey size.
- Feel free to add your favorite side dishes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
