Ingredients

- 3 cups of diced vegetables (carrots, celery, onions)
- 2 cups of cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 cup of stuffing mix
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add diced vegetables and sauté until soft.
- Stir in shredded turkey and cranberry sauce.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Mix in stuffing and stir well.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Let cool and store in the fridge for up to three days.
