Ingredients
- Turkey: 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Stuffing: 1 large batch
- Mashed potatoes: 5 lbs
- Gravy: 4 cups
- Green bean casserole: 2 lbs
- Cranberry sauce: 2 cups
- Pumpkin pie: 1 large
- Rolls: 2 dozen
Instructions
- Prepare the turkey and brine it overnight.
- Make stuffing and refrigerate it.
- Cook mashed potatoes and store them in the fridge.
- Prepare green bean casserole and cover it.
- Make cranberry sauce and let it cool.
- Bake pumpkin pie and cool it completely.
- Prepare rolls and freeze them.
- Reheat everything before serving.
Notes
- Prepare as much as possible a day before.
- Keep the turkey covered to retain moisture.
- Do not overcook the green beans.
