Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced
- Salt – 2 tablespoons
- Pepper – 1 tablespoon
- Fresh rosemary – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Fresh thyme – 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Stuffing – 1 package
- Cranberry sauce – 1 can
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Mashed potatoes – 5 lbs
- Gravy – 2 cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the turkey by rubbing it with butter, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, removing the foil for the last hour.
- Cook green beans in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
- Prepare mashed potatoes and gravy according to package instructions.
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey reaches 165°F.
