A delicious sandwich to use up Thanksgiving leftovers.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup turkey, shredded
  • 1/2 cup stuffing
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
  2. Add shredded turkey on top.
  3. Layer stuffing over the turkey.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce on the other slice of bread.
  5. Add cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
  6. Close the sandwich and cut in half.
  7. Toast in a pan until golden brown.
