Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-15 lbs)
- Stuffing – 1 box (12 oz)
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Cranberry sauce – 1 can (14 oz)
- Potatoes – 5 lbs
- Butter – 1 cup
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
- Herbs (thyme, rosemary) – fresh, 1 bunch each
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mix.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the oven for 3-4 hours, basting every hour.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare the sides: boil potatoes until tender and mash with butter.
- Steam the green beans until bright green.
- Heat the cranberry sauce in a small pot.
- Serve the turkey with sides and enjoy your meal.

- Allow the turkey to rest for 30 minutes before carving.
