Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cloves, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Spread the mixture over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan, cover with foil, and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours.
