A fresh and healthy side dish for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add green beans and cook for another 3 minutes.
- Add kale and spinach, stirring until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use fresh greens for best flavor.
- Feel free to add nuts or seeds for crunch.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
