Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh green beans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- In a bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the green beans on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- In the last 5 minutes, add the sliced almonds to the baking sheet.
- Serve hot as a side dish.

- Use fresh green beans for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- You can add parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
