Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  4. Roast for 2.5 to 3 hours, removing the foil for the last 30 minutes.
