- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
