A rich and creamy fudge perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa powder, and butter.
- Add heavy cream and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
- Let it boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and nuts if using.
- Pour into a greased 9×9 inch pan.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into squares.

- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Fudge can be made ahead of time.
