- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup diced apples
- 1 cup diced pears
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the berries, apples, and pears.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch to the fruit mixture.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the fruit is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the fruits.
