Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup rosemary, chopped
- 1/2 cup olives, pitted and sliced
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and olive oil; mix until combined.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and stretch it out.
- Press the cherry tomatoes, olives, and rosemary into the dough.
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- Let the focaccia cool before slicing.
