Instructions

  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  7. Transfer the dough to the baking sheet and stretch it out.
  8. Press the cherry tomatoes, olives, and rosemary into the dough.
  9. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
