Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture.
  5. Top with chopped pecans and drizzle melted butter on top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let cool before serving.
