Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bag tortilla chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- For a spicier dip, include jalapeños.
- Prepare the dip a day in advance for convenience.
