  • 4 cups stuffing
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 3 cups green beans
  • 1 pumpkin pie

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and rinsing it under cold water.
  3. Stuff the turkey with stuffing and place it in a roasting pan.
  4. Brush the turkey with melted butter and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
  6. Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 3 hours.
  7. Remove the foil and roast for an additional hour until golden brown.
  8. Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
  9. Prepare mashed potatoes and green beans.
  10. Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
  11. Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.
