Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm for best taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- You can brush them with melted butter after baking for extra flavor.
