- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 cups cranberry sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3 cups stuffing mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Boil green beans for 5 minutes, then drain.
- In a skillet, toast almonds until golden.
- In a pot, combine mashed potatoes, butter, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer stuffing mix and cranberry sauce.
- Top with toasted almonds and bake for 20 minutes.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use fresh or frozen green beans.
- Make the mashed potatoes ahead of time and reheat before serving.
