  • 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until soft.
  4. Add bread crumbs, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  5. Stuff the turkey with the bread mixture.
  6. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth over it.
  7. Roast the turkey for about 3 to 4 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
