A festive twist on classic deviled eggs featuring turkey for Thanksgiving.

- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and cool them in ice water.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mix until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.

- Use leftover turkey for a quicker preparation.
- Add a dash of paprika for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
