Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and cool them in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add turkey, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mix until smooth.
  6. Spoon or pipe the mixture back into the egg white halves.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley.
