Description

A classic Thanksgiving appetizer featuring creamy, seasoned egg yolk filling.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water and bringing to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
  3. Cool the eggs under cold water and peel them.
  4. Slice the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  5. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
