Instructions

  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.

  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
