Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in ice water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and place it in a pie pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, eggs, and cream.
  7. Pour filling into the pie crust.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes.
