Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish.
  3. In another bowl, blend pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cream cheese, and maple syrup until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
  5. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
