Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package mini pie crusts
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. Add eggs and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
  4. Place mini pie crusts on a baking tray.
  5. Fill each crust with the pumpkin mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool, then top with whipped cream.
