Ingredients

- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 package mini pie crusts
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Add eggs and heavy cream. Mix until smooth.
- Place mini pie crusts on a baking tray.
- Fill each crust with the pumpkin mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then top with whipped cream.
Notes
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
- Can be made a day ahead.
- Store in the refrigerator.
