Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond milk and coconut cream.
- Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- In another bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be served warm or chilled.
- Top with dairy-free whipped cream if desired.
