  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond milk and coconut cream.
  3. Add pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
  4. In another bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until smooth.
  6. Fold in dairy-free chocolate chips.
  7. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
  9. Let cool before serving.
