  • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  3. Stir in evaporated milk and eggs until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  6. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes until the filling is set.
  7. Cool before serving.
