Ingredients

- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)
- 3 large eggs
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- Stir in evaporated milk and eggs until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for 40-50 minutes until the filling is set.
- Cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream on top.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance.
