Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans and chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
