A delicious assortment of Thanksgiving desserts served in a convenient bar format.
Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin spice.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans and chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- These bars can be served warm or cold.
- Feel free to substitute nuts or add toppings as desired.
