Ingredients

- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup chopped carrots

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix green beans, carrots, potatoes, and corn.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and stir in salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Pour the butter mixture over vegetables and toss to coat.
- Spread vegetables on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese before serving.
