Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, and onions to the egg mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with butter.
- Layer bread in the baking dish.
- Pour egg mixture over the bread.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
