Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pumpkin spice.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture; mix until smooth.
- Fold in pumpkin puree.
- Fill cupcake liners with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool cupcakes completely.
- Frost with cream cheese frosting and add sprinkles.
