Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
  3. Add eggs, vanilla, and pumpkin puree; mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pumpkin spice, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Add milk and stir until smooth.
  7. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with batter.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Let cool before frosting.
