Delicious and easy Thanksgiving sides made in a crockpot.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped green beans
- 2 cups of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot.
- Stir well to mix everything.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Check for doneness and stir occasionally.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or corn.
- This dish can be prepared a day ahead and reheated.
