A simple and delicious Thanksgiving meal prepared in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 3–4 lbs turkey breast
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the turkey breast in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, onion, garlic, carrots, and celery.
- Season with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until turkey is cooked through.
- Shred turkey before serving.

- Serve with your favorite sides.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator.
