Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the mixed fruits, sugar, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and butter until crumbly.
  4. Add milk and vanilla to the flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let it cool before serving.
