A delicious Thanksgiving cobbler made with seasonal fruits and a buttery topping.
Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed seasonal fruits (apples, pears, cranberries)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine the mixed fruits, sugar, and lemon juice. Spread the mixture in a baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and butter until crumbly.
- Add milk and vanilla to the flour mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the fruit mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the fruits.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
