  • Milk chocolate – 200g
  • White chocolate – 200g
  • Chopped nuts – 100g
  • Dried cranberries – 100g
  • Pumpkin spice – 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.
  2. Add chopped nuts and dried cranberries to the melted chocolate.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Repeat with milk and white chocolate separately.
  5. Sprinkle pumpkin spice over the chocolate layers.
  6. Allow to cool until set, then break into pieces.
