Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. Drain and mash potatoes in a large bowl.
  4. Add sour cream, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, butter, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
