- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball shape.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans to coat.
- If desired, roll in dried cranberries for added flavor.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
