Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and browned.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
