A festive brunch to celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends.
Ingredients

- 8 slices of bread
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cubed the bread and place it in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the bread and let it soak for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle cranberries and walnuts on top.
- Drizzle maple syrup over the mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm.
- Can be made a day ahead and reheated.
- Adjust spices to taste.
