Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Cubed the bread and place it in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  5. Pour the mixture over the bread and let it soak for 30 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle cranberries and walnuts on top.
  7. Drizzle maple syrup over the mixture.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
