Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add the bread cubes, cooked sausage, cheese, and green onions to the egg mixture.
  4. Mix until well combined and pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
