Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 12 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 pound sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the bread cubes, cooked sausage, cheese, and green onions to the egg mixture.
- Mix until well combined and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Prepare the casserole the night before and refrigerate.
- Reheat in the oven before serving.
